1. Bottle Security Deposit

A refundable deposit of Rs. 1,200 is required per food-grade bottle. The deposit will be returned upon account closure or return of the bottle in good condition.

2. Monthly Payment Schedule

Payments must be made between the 2nd and 5th of every month to avoid service interruption.

3. Account Closure Notice

To close your account, please inform us at least one week in advance.

4. Issue Reporting Protocol

Any concerns related to our delivery staff (delivery boy or driver) must be reported immediately upon first occurrence for prompt action.

5. Bottle Handling

Customers must keep bottles clean and safe. Any damage or loss may result in deduction from the security deposit.

6. Service Area Limitation

Currently, our delivery service is available only in Saeedabad and selected nearby areas.

7. Refund Method

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days through cash or bank transfer.

8. Batch Number Check

Please check the batch number on the bottle before use. Our water remains valid for 15 days from the packaging date.

Note: The 5th and 6th digits in the batch number indicate the day of packaging.

9. Bacterial Growth Alert

If any bacterial growth is noticed inside the bottle, please report it immediately. A replacement will be issued upon verification.

10. Unusual Smell Alert

If the water has any unusual or unpleasant smell, please notify us right away for immediate replacement.
